At Chrysalis Barrel Aged Beer we believe in time honored traditions and historic processes influenced by Belgium and Farmhouse styles. We age all of our beers in vintage oak barrels, from used wine or port casks to bourbon, gin and whiskey barrels. Old world barrel aging techniques are like a Chrysalis and the emergence of a beautiful butterfly.
